How to live with the objects

Short notes. Not medical advice. If a card in the box disagrees, follow the card.

Streams

Play in the browser. Headphones help the binaural piece. Tones and noise are for rest, not treatment. After payment the pack is the looping MP4 plus 48 kHz WAV — personal use, not for resale. YouTube pages for each stream are not live yet; the link goes to the house channel.

Prints and hangings

Hang out of strong sun and steam. Cotton rag and acrylic dislike bathrooms. Wipe acrylic and framed glass with a dry cloth. Canvas takes a soft dusting. Shake a hanging outdoors. These are pictures, not treatments. Digital files are for a screen or a print you make at home — personal use.

Flame and smoke

Trim the wick. Set the jar on a dish. Never leave a flame. For palo santo and sage, crack a window and keep water nearby. Fragrance is not medicine.

Sound

Hang chimes where wind can find them and neighbors will not mind. Bowls rest on their cushions. Circle the rim or tap once. Brass will darken; a cloth is enough.

Cloth and feathers

Keep catchers out of strong sun and rain. Linen cloths wash cold and hang dry. Dream catchers here are décor.

Light and ultrasonic tools

Read the enclosed card. Do not stare into LEDs. Keep sessions short. Stop if skin becomes irritated. These are home wellness and appearance tools, not treatments. Wellness notes.

Stone

Dust with a dry brush. Keep selenite dry. Points can chip. Stones are mineral.
