Shipping & returns
Who
You pay Stripe. Evoking Healing (hello@evokinghealing.store) places the maker order. The partner maker ships to you. You will not see a supplier name or invoice.
What
Physical goods from the catalog. We do not warehouse them. After payment we buy the SKU from the partner for that piece and have it sent to your address.
When
We place the maker order as soon as Stripe marks the payment paid — usually the same day we see the order mail. US-stock pieces usually leave in 3–8 days. Overseas partners usually take 10–21 days. Each product page prints its window. Then US ground.
Where
United States only. Stripe collects the ship-to at checkout. The parcel originates with the partner (US print-on-demand, US/EU dropship, or overseas), not from an Evoking Healing shelf. International addresses are not offered yet.
Why
A quiet store does not need a warehouse. Your card lets us buy the object after you want it. That keeps the shelf honest about lead times.
Digital files
Gallery files (desktop JPEG, full JPEG, PNG) and stream packs (looping MP4 plus 48 kHz WAV) are instant downloads. A digital-only cart has no parcel and no shipping charge. Mixed carts still collect a US address for the physical lines. Download links on the thank-you page last a week.
Rates
Standard parcels are $8.50. If the cart holds a device (light or ultrasonic tools), shipping is $14.50 for the whole order. Digital-only orders are $0 shipping.
Returns
Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened oils, used wellness devices, and opened incense or sage are not returnable. Write hello@evokinghealing.store with the order number.
